The could put a stand on the balcony to hang towels etc on

The washer dryer is an amazing feature for travelers

hate the beds. You used to have softer mattresses. These mattresses feels like I¿m sleeping on a box spring. Though most hotels have the same beds except the more expensive places and the Citrus Suites across the street from you. Get betters beds

Great location, easy access to Nana BTS. Right in the heart of all the action in Bangkok. Rooms were big, facilities were excellent. The gym was very well equipped with great machines, the treadmills needed some maintenance though.The on site spa provided excellent massages definitely pricier than what you'd find down the street, but you don't need to gamble on the quality. And there is nothing like getting a nice massage and walking a minute to your room to get a great night sleep.

One of the pros also leads to the cons. You are so close to all the action you could get some noise in your room. And since my bed room had the window facing Nana plaza, I could hear thumping until they shutdown around 2-3AM. Luckily I was so tired I mostly didnt even notice. The light from the indoor cooling unit was way too bright however and I couldnt ignore it. Luckily I travel with some gaffer tape/electrical tape and was able to cover it up. It was soo bright!.

The location is very good, the suites are of a great size. The staff are also nice.

The rooms are not always very clean, it's an old hotel so a bit worn out. It's an OK hotel.

The staff in their entirety were magnificent. The chef and food was tremendous (portions could be more for the price). It was a wonderful statement, overall.

Food portions were light compared to the price. The building could be better maintained.

Walking distance to most places

That breakfast wasn’t included free. Breakfast buffet did not have enough variety for the money we paid for it.

There were a very good size room, good location and not too far from the BTS, which was very convenient to travel to many places in Bangkok. Also, the reception was a very good service.

We were not happy with the housekeeper. They seem to forget put things in the bathroom, for example towels, body lotion, shower cap, which we were often needed to make a call to asked for. Also, there was the problem with leaking water in the bathroom at night, which we had to wait for the plumber to fix it on the next day.

The location is not so great. Better for single men looking for naughty clubs. This hotel is surrounded by bars and clubsThe train station is quite a walk away. Traffic was bad at the hotel entrance due to the bars.

The hotel is exceptionally clean. Staff are all very polite. Gym, pool, sauna are small but clean. Breakfast spread is ok. There is an

1. Bathroom amenities was lacking compared to other Parkroyal hotels I've stayed at. There was only 1 disposable shower cap, 1 set of ear buds and 1 sanitary bag on the bathroom countertop. I requested for toothpaste, hand washing bar soap from housekeeping but after I came back to the hotel in the evening, they only provided bar soap. 2. It's located in the redlight district!! But then again, maybe it's just culture shock to me.

I enjoyed the location very much and the staff was really helpful.

I only ate breakfast at the hotel, but after eating there for several days, the food was very similar from day-to-day

Location, patio, cleanliness

There was no hot water heater in the room until I asked. No washing machine. No hand towels. No apology for not having hot water until maintenance install the heater.

Excellent location, guest suite had its own laundry and balcony. Staff was great.

You could hear doors slamming and noise between floors all night. So sleeping was not possible.

It was great stay with 7 nights in 2 bedroom apartment. 2 rooms with toilets. Coming also living room with toilet. Nice size of apartment for families. Staffs were respectful and friendly. Recommend for all solo travelers or couples or families.

Need to improve cleaning team work.

Staff was outstanding and extremely helpful.

Rooms were cleaned late afternoon , early evening often when we were returning to freshen up for dinner.

At check-in I was assigned a room different from what I booked. After complaining I was moved to another room that still did not match what I booked. At that point the manager Mr. Golf took over the issue personally and after showing him.my passport that indicated it was my birthday, he upgraded me to an Executive Suite that was fantastic, with my own super large private terrace, and a terrific view of the city. During my stay he frequently checked if everything was okay with my stay. Great customer service. Good housekeeping. Very good breakfast. Great location but still quiet since the hotel is off the main soi.

The high specification of rooms. The very good breakfast. Easy to get to Nana sky train station. Family oriented.

The property is in soi 6. To the right about 150 yards is Soi 4. Soi 4 has a fantastic Irish pub, but in the evening the Soi is awash with wall to wall sex workers, massage parlors and bars. I am old so they leave me alone. However if you are into that scene great, if not you will be, surprised!
